One of these physicians will be departing soon to do a Fellowship,so thus the need to recruit. Excellent base salary with productivity bonus. Compensation picture looks to be at least 75% tile MGMA. All benefits and relocation. Sign on bonus. One hospital to cover clinic is two blocks away. Call would be 1:3 unassigned call goes away October 1st,thus would only be consult call.
